Step 1: Enter your current sign in information
With the PowerSchool update to version 19 on January 11, you may be told you cannot login with the same username and password you have been using. If so, you may need to 'clear the browsing data' or 'clear the cache' on the browser that you are using (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.) Do that before logging in. If you do not know how to clear the data, ask the medial specialist or click on Browser Setting --> More Tools --> Clear Browsing Data

Through SLDS, the training team at GADOE created the "Training Center for Parents". There is a website to help parents/students know what they see when they access their parent/student portal in SLDS. Parents can access the Training Center by going to Parents Training Center and students can access it by going to Students Training Center. This Training Center has several 3-minute videos and user guides for each of the modules inside of the parent/student portal (such as Keenville, MyCareerPlan, Testing, etc.) Please take advantage of this training
